Energy

  • Villa Casati is mainly powered by Photovoltaic Panels that helps reducing energy consumption of fossil fuels by 75% every year.

  •  Every apartment is equipped with a magnetic key that helps preventing from unnecessary  electrical usage while guests are away by powering off all the room.

  • All the rooms are furthermore enlightened by energy efficient devices from SIDE Spa

Recycling 

  • Villa Casati is completely plastic free, and also their guests are invited not to make use of plastic derivates
  • We pay attention to a correct waste sorting and we make sure that also our guests fully comprehend the importance of a well done recycling process in order to save the environment from pollution​

Materials

  • In every apartment the flooring is made of a prestigious and heat efficient parquet of Natural Rovere, fabricated using the 75% of trees' trunk and processed using non toxic chemical agents

Furniture

At Villa Casati even the furniture has been chosen with particular attention to the environment

This bedside table has been realized using wood older than 150 years, that it once was a part of an house.

This kitchen sideboard was also made of natural Rovere wood completely recycled and restored in pure provencal style
